Chief Executive Officer
Vitalis Asewe
Vitalis is the CEO of Voacom Networks Ltd. He has a wealth of managerial and operational experience to Voacom team, having served for over 16 years in numerous leadership roles in power and telecommunications industry in Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) both from University of Nairobi. He previously worked with the Ministry for Environment and Natural Resources as an Electrical Engineer and with Asea Brown Boveri Limited (ABB) as Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Manager for Eastern Africa region. He has attended several trainings in South Africa, Germany and Switzerland. He has seen the steady growth of the company from its inception to its current status and his electrical and telecommunications background and management experience is of immense benefit to Voacom Networks.
 
Director
Samuel Osembo

Mr. Samuel Osembo is a Director and Quality Control Manager at Voacom Networks Ltd. In this capacity, he has successfully delivered beyond customer expectations on numerous projects for over 6 years, including adept site management.

He holds an Advanced Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering, as well as certificate in CAD design and Occupational Health and Safety. His skills are specialized in Fiber Optic Cable (OFC) and underground power cable civil works and Installation. In addition, he offers an exceptional expertise to Occupational Health and Safety in all our operations.

He is a hardworking, dedicated and reliable manager, who has excellently performed and successfully delivered on turnkey projects. Among them include Telkom Kenya Ltd (Orange) fiber optic cable link civil works and installation for Kenya-Malaba-Uganda, Mombasa-Changamwe Redundancy Route, Mombasa-Mtwapa, Wananchi Group Projects, Kenya Data Networks (KDN) projects and Siemens’s Underground Cable Power Project.

Project Manager
Stephen Opondo
Stephen is an Electrical Engineer, registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and the Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK). He holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Electrical and Communications Engineering from Moi University. Until his appointment as the Project Manager, he was the Project Engineer/Supervisor for Vinem Enterprises Limited, a power line construction firm contracted by Kenya Power to design, construct and maintain both High voltage and low voltage power infrastructure. He has also worked with Sony Sugar Company and Kenya Power and Lighting Company.
Project Engineer
George Otula
George is an Electrical and Telecommunication Engineer registered with Engineers Board of Kenya (ERB) and the Communications Authority of Kenya (CAK). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication and Information Engineering. He is also a certified AutoCAD designer.

He is specialized in provision of Telecommunications infrastructure services, electrical generation, engineering design and construction. He also has an excellent supervisory experience, including setting goals and objectives, project development, planning and organization, budget monitoring and cost control. He has previously worked with Masaba Services Limited, Ecobank Kenya Limited, Kenya Civil Aviation Authority, and Kenya Pipeline Limited.
Health and Safety Manager
Samuel Olendo
Samuel is highly competent and committed Health and Safety professional with 4+ years hand on experience in the field of Environment, Health and Safety. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Health from Kenyatta University. He is also an Associate Expert with National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) and a trained first aider with St Johns Ambulance.

Prior to joining Voacom Networks Limited, he worked at Altrasafe Risk Management Consultant, SGS Kenya Ltd attached at BAT Kenya LTD, Family Bank Kenya Ltd and Universal Work, Health and Safety Consultancy Ltd in different capacities.
 Finance Officer
Josephine Awuor 

Josephine is the finance officer and logistic manager of Voacom Networks Ltd. She holds a bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting Option) from Kenyatta University and CPA I.

Prior to joining Voacom she was an intern Finance Officer at Siaya County Government.

 Administration Officer
Mary Kitolel 

Mary is a graduate of Makerere University with Bachelors of Arts in Environmental Management. Her responsibility involves assisting senior managers in efficient management of administrative services at Voacom, as well as Public Relations between Voacom and its clients and employees. Prior to her current position, Mary was remote sensing technicians at Regional Centre of mapping for Recourse development (RCMRD).
